Job Description:
Performance test lead with Neoload tool experience
Experience in IT with most of that in Performance Testing/Engineering
Hands-on experience with Client Neoload (MANDATORY) / Performance Center
Define, develop and Execute Performance Testing strategy for large programs in the distributed environment
Experience leading E2E performance testing for assigned projects
Experience with NFR management and extrapolation Strong knowledge of performance engineering concepts
Experience in all aspects of performance testing including test planning, documentation, execution, defect management, and reporting
Proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks
Have expertise in Load Testing, Stress, Endurance, availability, capacity, and Failover (Software & Hardware) testing.
Client / Server-Side / Database monitoring
Experience with Ready API to Create and Manage Virtual Services – Preferred, but NOT Mandatory
