• Possess 9-10 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large programs and portfolios for end-to-end performance testing
• Proficient in LoadRunner for scripting and test execution
• Skilled in Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
• Expertise in analyzing performance test outcomes and collaborating with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and management to evaluate objectives and capture performance testing requirements
• Lead feasibility assessments and provide estimations for performance testing activities
• Develop performance workload models through thorough analysis of testing needs
• Drive solutions addressing emerging technologies
• Create comprehensive test plans or strategies, defining scope, activities, roles, responsibilities, risks, and mitigation approaches to ensure timely project delivery
• Advise and work alongside team members to optimize application performance
• Publish sign-off reports summarizing execution, analysis, and recommendations for stakeholders
• Manage onsite and offshore resources effectively
• Oversee resource allocation for assigned projects
• Review and understand test scripts while addressing problem-solving initiatives.
