Job Description :
1. Should have 10+ years of IT experience
2. Performance test engineer with hands-on experience and good knowledge on performance testing (tools, reporting & metrics, etc)
3. Hands-on performance testing experience of Web, API and Mobile and cloud based application for more than 4 years.
4. Good understanding on various phases of performance testing life cycle and performance engineering concepts
5. Ability to handle the performance testing from inception to completion individually
6. Hands on experience on performance test tools like JMeter, LoadRunner or similar tools.
7. In depth experience in JMeter, LoadRunner & NeoLoad (preferably working experience in multiple protocols)
8. Experience in having handled performance testing teams handling multiple project priorities
9. Solid understanding of performance testing fundamentals with good ability to derive workload models using production log data
10. Proven record of consistent implementation of best practices & creation of value adds
11. Experience of integrating performance test suite with CI-CD pipelines
12. Proven track record of working with multiple client teams spread across geo locations, concisely handling all communications (like gathering requirements, understanding scenarios, doubt clarification, communicating status & risks etc
13. Sound understanding & experience in troubleshooting performance issues, analyzing the root causes & suggesting optimal remediation solutions

Performance test Engineer/Lead

14. Overall 5 to 7 year of experience in testing and at least 4 years of experience in performance testing
15. Strong hands-on expertise in using industry-standard performance testing and automation tools like LR, Neoload, Apache JMeter, BlazeMeter, Taurus, Locust or Gatling
16. Hands-on performance testing experience of web, API and mobile for more than 4 years.
17. Gather Performance Testing Requirements.
18. Track record of planning and driving complex performance engineering projects
19. Exposure to using performance testing tools in the Cloud
20. Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.
21. Analyse test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes
22. Analyse root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
23. Strong understanding of Databases and SQL
24. Experience using network proxy tools
25. Experience with gathering and analysing performance metrics using SQL Profiler, NewRelic,… etc
26. Good exposure in writing shell scripts and work experience on the Linux system.
