A strategic leader who can build Test strategies for Test data management and Performance initiatives
• Monitoring TDM team utilization across the enterprise and provide insight on automation and process improvements.
• Manage and Plan offshore and onshore TDR delivery.
• Provide Data , E2E, Use case and technical SME support for cross functional initiatives and programs.
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned people
• Propose recommendations and adjustments to project delivery and related solutions throughout the life of the programs and projects
• Troubleshoot code and configuration issues across multiple application environments during end to end testing based on the expertise, experience and knowledge of the application architecture and tech stack.
• Perform trend-analysis and develop action plans for improving system stability , reliability and reducing costs.
