Title:    Performance Tester
Location:  Multiple Locations
Duration: 12+ Months
Description:

  • 6+ years’ experience with performance testing.
  • Should have experience with performance testing tools such as Load Runner using Citrix protocol and any one performance monitoring tool (eg AppDynamics)
  • Performance Engineering, Performance Testing
  • Load Runner, Soasta , App Insight
  • Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and group size.
  • Ability to analyze test results and make sound conclusions; work with project teams and developers to resolve performance issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from different project stakeholders to help define and document performance SLAs, requirements and expectations around critical factors such as response time, throughput, transactions/second, concurrent users, CPU utilization, memory, disk, network utilization, thread counts, connection pooling, hit ratios, etc.
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Windows PerfMon, etc.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL query tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure components (servers, network, load balancers, switches, firewalls, etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Load and Performance testing or Load RoadRunner/Performance.
  • Experience with NeoLoad would be a good to have.
  • Familiarity with Dynatrace is also preferred.
  • Familiarity with Cloud is good to have along with cloud based Devops tools
  • Review Technical specs Troubleshoot PT issues
  • Client coordination, performing test execution, passing on client expectations to the offshore team.
  • Attend daily calls with the client and have daily status calls with the team, prepare Daily Status reports
