Project Details :
Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of a PeopleSoft Financials PeopleSoft Security Administrator. The Security Administrator will be part of a dedicated CAPPS Financials upgrade project team.
The core duties include identifying security changes due to the major system upgrade, presenting analysis and documenting, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting security changes. Additional duties include other project activities with PS Queries and as needs arise in documentation, system testing, and other tasks as an internal support team member.
Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, the candidate must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively
Minimum Requirements:
Required Experience:

  1. Experience as a PeopleSoft Security Administrator on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projects
  2. Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal security
  3. Experience working with PeopleSoft fluid and workcenter security
  4. Experience in querying PeopleTools tables with SQL
  5. Experience in identifying requirements and creating formal documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs
  6. Experience in conducting formal work sessions and analysis presentations
  7. Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) - At Least 1 or 2 Project 
  8. Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts
  9. Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience working with the Scrum framework
  • Experience with STAT
