Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Project Manager with specific expertise in upgrades from version 9.1 to 9.2. In this role, you will oversee and lead projects related to PeopleSoft applications, ensuring successful upgrades and smooth transitions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end PeopleSoft upgrade projects from version 9.1 to 9.2, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  3. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met.
  4. Coordinate with technical teams, business analysts, and developers to implement upgrade strategies effectively.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project issues.
  6. Lead project status meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure project progress aligns with established goals.
  7. Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization efficiently.
  8. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and compliance standards.
  9. Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for team members and end-users post-upgrade.
  10. Evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager leading PeopleSoft upgrade projects from version 9.1 to 9.2.
  3. Strong understanding of PeopleSoft applications, modules, and functionalities.
  4. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and project tracking software.
  8. Experience with change management processes, risk management, and quality assurance.
  9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within defined timelines.
  10. Flexibility to travel occasionally as needed for onsite project activities.
