Job Description:
We are seeking a HRIS Analyst to join our HR Operations & Services team at the client. In this global role, you will support People Soft 9.2 HRIS and serve as the primary point of contact for HR customer requests. This position will collaborate on cross-functional teams and support subject matter experts to ensure data integrity in PeopleSoft.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
Provides HR support to global end-user community including; data corrections, dept. tree maintenance, report writing, enhancements, testing, training, documentation, and communications.
Partners with stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and creates complex queries / reports to support business needs.
Troubleshoots production issues and develops and implements remedies and supports data integrations with other systems, partnering with IT, where necessary.
Provides technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues associated with payroll interface from the HRIS system
Conducts user training for new HR hires, and on an as-needed basis thereafter.
Creates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), including business process mapping documentation, to enable the proper use of HR systems.
Deep understanding of PeopleSoft security including roles, permissions, and user access.
Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee information across HRIS systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of HRIS experience using PeopleSoft, Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) is desired
Basic knowledge of SQL language and SQR desired
Experience with designing and developing HR related queries, reports, dashboards
Thrives working in a fast-paced environment
