TOP 3 SKILLS REQUESTED:
1. Strong understanding of HCM functionalities
2. Hands on experience in PeopleSoft HCM module
3. Experience in Testing SDLC process
Years of Experience: 6-8 Years of Experience
• Requirement Gathering, Discussion with SME, Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Design, Execution and Reporting
• 6 to 8 years of experience in testing Peoplesoft HCM and ERP applications
• Hands-on experience across testing lifecycle and thorough knowledge of test and defect management
• Experience in testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA etc.
• Good Communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Should be able to Plan, Strategize, Design and execute test cases across the HCM business processes in PeopleSoft
• Independent worker who can bring in thought process to QA delivery
• Should create value to the customer in Functional and automation testing
• Work with program team queries on short notice and also work closely with Cognizant offshore team
