We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant to join our team in San Carlos, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation, support, and development of PeopleSoft HCM modules, with a focus on NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2 to implement, support, and develop core modules including NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
- Lead or participate in PeopleSoft application upgrades to HR 9.1/9.2, leveraging your expertise in core HR and self-service modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of PeopleSoft HCM modules with other systems.
- Provide functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, focusing on areas such as integrations and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- Coordinate daily with offshore teams based in India, providing support and facilitating project progress.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and participate in customer-facing roles as needed.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business requirements and issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2 implementation, support, and development, with a focus on NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
- Proficiency in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1, with exposure to HR 9.2 and application upgrades.
- Strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, comprising approximately 40% of overall skills.
- Experience with integrations and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) is essential.
- Exposure to PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in global projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Carlos/SFO, CA, and able to work onsite at the client location.
