Job Description :
We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Peoplesoft HCM Business Analyst.
This worker is part of a new capital department for Consolidated Application Control Environment (CACE) Compliance for the CAPPS Human Capital Management (HCM) department. This position will perform Systems Analyst/Business Analyst/Product Owner duties that include analysis of current system with CACE compliance requirements to gather requirements and configure the required system modifications. Assist in performing fit-gap analysis, develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams required to build technical requirements. Will also work with business teams to coordinate UAT, end user training, support and user communication as necessary. Will work with technical team coordinating code releases. Must have experience working in an Agile environment as needed. Timely issuance of deliverables per the accepted Project Plan. Some on-call support may be required depending on project phase.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS(Required):
  • Experienced Peoplesoft HCM Business Analyst/Product Owner actively involved in complex implementations and upgrades
  • Experience in gathering requirements, conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configuration, documenting business process, develop
  • Conduct testing including UAT, Integration, and develop training documentation for various Phases within PeopleSoft HCM modules  
  • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Modules including Core HR, Base Benefits, Payroll, Position Management, Time & Labor
  • Experience working closely with functional teams, technical teams, DBA’s and business teams.
  • Experience with Peoplesoft 9.2 ePerformance, ESS, MSS, ELM, Teleworking
  • Experience as a PeopleSoft functional module lead for large PeopleSoft implementation.
  • Experience designing, configuring, and testing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) workflow approvals, version 9.1 or higher.
  • Working knowledge of EIR Accessibility standards and assistive technologies
  • Experience working with Peoplesoft 9.2 image upgrade project
  • Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience
  • Experience with  the CAPPS State of Texas Baseline PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Modules including Core  HR, Base Benefit, Payroll, Time & Labor.
  
Skills(Preferred):
  • Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government).
  • Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure
  • Experience in managing and coordinating functional module leads through a PeopleSoft Implementation
  • Good teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
  • Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams.
