We are currently searching for a Sr. PeopleSoft Functional/Technical Lead for a long-term opportunity with our client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate should have experience on data cleansing projects prior to a conversion, has been a hands-on project team lead, and have substantial experience as a functional resource in Benefits Administration, Payroll, or Pension Administration modules. Remote options available, TX residents will be given preference.
Qualifications:
- 8+ Complete understanding of technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application
- 5+ years- Demonstrated current hands-on functional experience in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
- 5+ Past experience as a developer in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
- 5+ years- Demonstrated experience ensuring data integrity and cleanliness of data including: Design and development activities around ensuring that data is properly stored at the time it is saved; clean-up of data that has been identified as being inaccurate, and Design and development activities around cleansing of data while ensuring referential integrity is intact
- 5+ years- Strong PeopleTools skills, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and SQR
- 5+ years- Ability to think strategically for planning pre-conversion data cleansing tasks and lead/instruct 3 to 4 PeopleSoft developers to complete the cleansing activities
- 3+ years- Demonstrated experience performing User Acceptance Testing in support of one of the following PeopleSoft modules: (HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll)
- 2+ years- Familiarity with the integration of PeopleSoft HRMS and PeopleSoft Financials (AP, AR, GL, Budgeting)
