Position: PeopleSoft Functional Consultant (Absence Management and Time & Labor)

Location: Mineola, NY

Required Skills

This person should be very highly experienced in Absence Management, Time & Labor. The analyst will develop functional specifications, review existing modules, and recommend solutions to enhance/improve current implementations. 

Minimum Requirements:

1. He/she should be very experienced in 9.1 & 9.2 PeopleSoft versions.

2. He/she should have a good understanding of Oracle database structure.

3. He/she should be able to quickly understand current environment definitions.

4. He/she should be able to communicate the requirements to the development team members.

5. He/she should have worked defining/developing interfaces with external vendors.

6. He/she should be able to translate business requirements into functional specifications and design using the delivered PeopleSoft capabilities and minimize customized solutions.

Background

The NEWSS project requires unique PeopleSoft Functional Analyst for the review and recommendations to enhance/improve current implementation of Absence Management module.
