Peoplesoft Functional Analyst Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Job description Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Gather functional requirements from the Purchasing Division; Develop a fit/gap analysis and technical specifications; Set up items from multiple Marketplace Suppliers into Local or Hosted Catalogs to be used as items on requisitions and purchase orders; Set up the price check feature in eProcurement to update an item's price to match price in Marketplace which is based on our government contract; Set up Marketplace suppliers as suppliers and as eProcurement suppliers if necessary; Maintain and support PCard functionality that includes developing reports and queries; Set up and configure Travel and Expense module; Establish procurement card security; Handle statement staging errors; Stage procurement card transactions for voucher processing. Requirements: Experience as a PeopleSoft functional analyst (5-7 years); Experience with PeopleSoft Financial Management Solutions (FMS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) within Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) (3-5 years); Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2; Experience with PeopleTools 8.54; Experience with eProcurment, specifically Marketplace and Punchout modules; Experience receiving invoices from Marketplace vendors to be processed and paid in Peoplesoft; Experience with PCards, Procurement Contracts, and Travel and Expenses; Supply chain management experience; Experience in requisitions, converting them to a PO, and approval workflow of each module (preferred Thanks & Regards Head - Recruitment | BlueGrass Tek, LLC Desk Ext - 401|Direct 423 Goebel Drive, Frankfort, KY 40601
