We are currently seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant to join our team at San Carlos, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 and 9.2 modules including General Ledger, Commitment Control, Asset Management (AM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Billing, Purchasing, Treasury, and Cash Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise in PeopleSoft Financials modules including General Ledger, Commitment Control, Asset Management, AR, AP, Billing, Purchasing, Treasury, and Cash Management.
- Collaborate with technical teams for PeopleSoft application upgrades and integrations.
- Participate in the upgrade process for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1/9.2 applications.
- Conduct hands-on configuration and customization tasks in PeopleSoft Financials modules.
- Ensure smooth integration between PeopleSoft Financials and other systems.
- Utilize Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) for approvals and workflow management.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide daily coordination and support to offshore teams based in India.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, identify project requirements, and provide solutions.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and analytical thinking in resolving issues.
- Work effectively in a customer-facing role, interacting with stakeholders and end-users.
- Collaborate with global teams and coordinate project activities across multiple locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 and 9.2 modules.
- Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft Financials modules (60% functional, 40% technical).
- Experience with PeopleSoft application upgrades and integrations.
- Familiarity with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and integration concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of working on global projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Must be located in San Carlos or the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work onsite at the client location.
