Role: PeopleSoft ERP Reporting Lead

Duration: ASAP through Jan 2023.

Location: Remote.

Experience required:

  • > 12 years experience working in cross functional PeopleSoft application roles including Finance and Supply Chain (FSCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • > 12 years experience designing, supporting development, deploying, and supporting end users across a variety of reporting and data analytics products and tools. Tools should include a variety of Oracle products such as PeopleSoft Query, BI Publisher, Application Engine to Query, Elastic Search/Kibana, SQL, and OBIEE/OBIA and non-Oracle products such as general enterprise data warehouse and data presentation (e.g., Informatica, Snowflake, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Significant experience designing and supporting development of cross functional data models to address both structured and adhoc business reporting and information requirements
  • Significant experience with data validation to ensure that data and reporting products are accurate and reconcile back to the original transaction data sources
  • Knowledge of and experience in applying data governance tools and processes
  • Successful experience leading Teams and coordinating project resources across multiple teams in a complex organization
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and scheduling data/reporting activities and deliverables with Evolve project management, business, and project teams to achieve project's go-live date
  • Responsible for working with business stakeholders and IT team to gather initial high-level report and data requirements across an inventory of several hundred report and query requirements.
  • Identify and group similar information requirements so that data and reporting products can be streamlined for detailed design and development
  • Work with business stakeholders and SME's to prioritize all final data and reporting products based on the organization's information needs pre and post go-live.
  • Assist with standardizing project reporting SDLC process and selecting future state data and reporting tools
  • Lead and support project team functional analysts in documenting data and report functional specifications
  • Responsible for documenting data and report functional specifications for a subset of reporting requirements
  • Responsible for supporting development, validating the accuracy of data and reporting products, and testing the final reporting process and output with business SMEs
  • Responsible for supporting training teams, deployment, and end-user post-production support for data/reporting products
