Job Description :

This worker is the Business Analyst of Learning Management Tool (LMS) Application, which is an application for DSHS. This position will perform Systems Analyst duties that include analysis of requirements to develop requirements and design for required system modifications. Will conduct requirements gathering activities and complete business requirement documents. Will also work with technical teams to coordinate UAT, code releases, and user communication as necessary. Must have experience working in an Agile environment. Some on-call support may be required depending on project phase.


Minimum Requirements:
Years Required/Preferred Experience
7 Required Business Analyst Experience
5 Required Oracle, PeopleSoft, and People Tools
5 Required SQL Experience
5 Required System Reporting (Oracle, SQL)
5 Required WebServices (SOAP, RESTful)
5 Required Systems Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
2 Required Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience
2 Required Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)
