Technical Skills
Proficient with PS architecture , background in Finance is nice to have
Ability to work with all of the PS related tools and technologies
Experience in troubleshooting issues & Tuning processes and reports.
Experience with upgrades using PUM and thorough understanding of PS security and integration tools
Exposure to handle 3rd party systems like ENSIM, Changepoint and Zuora
Mandatory Skills:
Hands on experience as a Administrator in PeopleSoft
Experience with PeopleSoft and PeopleTools Installations/Upgrades, patching using Change Assistant.
Expert in PeopleSoft patching and maintenance on UNIX and windows systems.
Strong knowledge of Server virtualization, PeopleSoft debugging, PeopleSoft tuning
Experience with 9.x applications and using latest patching methods (PUM) from Oracle.
Experience in and thorough understanding of Peoplesoft security including User Administration, Development Tools, Integration Tools.
Experience performing Oracle DB backups, restores and refresh/cloning
Good understanding on Oracle RDBMS architecture
Responsibilities:
Designing and analyzing tasks and programs to measure the impact of product features and make calculated modifications based on desired results
Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with applications systems
Detect, diagnose and report related problems
Creating metrics and aggregations in the data collections to define new qualitative and quantitative questions as needed by the audience and performance teams
Building dashboards and models to predict the growth trajectory of segments
Collaborate on best practices, code reviews, internal tools and process improvement
Client interaction and management.
