1.Minimum 7 years of PEGA Experience with 2 years as PEGA LSA
2.Should have worked as part of PEGA COE
3.Understand the requirement and lead responsible for technical delivery of PEGA deliverables
4.Experience in PEGA architecture and ability to coordinate with client architecture team to drive end to end solution
5.Experience of working in onsite offshore model. Should be able to coach team and help them achieve technical delivery
