Role: Pega Lead Solutions Architect(W2 Role)

As a Pega Lead Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in ongoing design and development initiatives, working on multiple claims, intakes, and projects across a diverse range of products and channels. The ideal candidate should be Pega LSA certified, possessing the expertise necessary to drive Pega development efforts to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Pega Development Expertise: The successful candidate should bring a wealth of experience in Pega design and development, with a strong emphasis on version 8.x. A minimum of 7 years in Pega development is required to excel in this role.
2.Pega LSA Certification: The Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) certification is an absolute necessity for this role, serving as a testament to your proficiency in Pega architecture and design.
3.Integration Skills: Demonstrated experience in integrations is crucial. This includes a solid understanding of technologies such as REST APIs, Kafka, and other relevant integration methodologies. Your ability to seamlessly connect Pega solutions with external systems is a key aspect of this position.
4.Bonus Skills: While not mandatory, additional qualifications that would be considered advantageous include prior experience in the financial enterprise sector and familiarity with Pega cloud solutions. These attributes will be viewed as valuable assets in your application.
