Job Title: PEGA CSSA - Decisioning Experience

Location: Dearborn, MI

Job Description:

Role Responsibilities

•  Responsible for design, implementation, and development of decisioning solutions that meet the client’s business requirements.

•  Assess Decisioning capabilities, establish and or expand the technical platform to enable and support multi-channel and interactive customer Decisioning strategies

•  Lead the planning, and implementation of Decisioning initiatives

•  Support business requirements gathering and documentation development

•  Provide consultation, communication and training to team and users

•  Own and lead the design and development work for Pega decisioning/Marketing projects

•  Work on decisioning initiatives which may include:

o          Reviewing logic requirements with the client

o          Designing the decisioning logic

o          Building and testing decision logic rules

o          Dynamic campaign execution

o          Participate in change management activities

•  Conduct performance monitoring and tuning

Experience and Skills

•  5+ years design and development experience with Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) including Decision Services Model (DSM) decisioning applications [at least 2 years]

•  2+ years’ experience on Pega decisioning implementation

•  Experience in Agile development methodologies

•  Experience of CRM solutions would be beneficial

•  Pega CSSA, CPDC certification
