Department/Team Description
Process Control Technology in animal health production environment.


Requirements/Preferences Education Requirement(S):

Bachelors or Master degree in basic engineering discipline (e.g. Controls Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical)
Related Experience: Internship/project exposure to process industry (Chemicals, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Animal Health) preferred.

Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) – prefer AB
Basic knowledge of Supervisory Controls and Data Acquisition software (SCaDA) – prefer Wonderware
Basic knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) – prefer AB
Basic knowledge of Virtual environments - prefer VMware
Basic knowledge networking and switches - prefer Cisco
Ability to read and understand process flow diagrams, line drawings, P&IDs and schematics. Ability to communicate technical/process applications in the form of SOP and/or protocol development.
