PC LAB Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ - Onsite
Job Role:
Work under the direction of GIS to define security parameters to implement and work under and translate those into Lab operations
Interacting with the Business (i.e. engineering, operations, etc.) to understand lab requirements
Managing and maintaining computer lab equipment and software
Providing technical support and guidance
Setting up and configuring new.computer systems
Monitoring computer systems
Diagnosing and resolving issues
Updating and installing software
Enforcing lab rules and regulations
Conducting routine inspections and performance tests
Assisting in training users
Documenting and reporting
