Job Description: We are looking for a resource in New Jersey for our payroll team. The below is the JD:
Requirement:
- Candidate will be located in New Jersey and required to work from Office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To handle benefit plan for employees
- To comply and handle 401K reports
- To co-ordinate with HR team for attendance / leave records and co-ordinate with India payroll team to finalise monthly payroll
- To handle payroll related queries of US employees
Preferred skills:
- Familiar with Trinet and ADP payroll software
- Knowledge of State and Federal labour laws and its compliance
