Job Description :
Position: EBS Process Management Specialist
Location: Remote
Part Time Role(20 hrs a week)
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business processes and requirements within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment.
  • Design, develop, and implement efficient and effective process flows, configurations, and enhancements in EBS to optimize business operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on EBS process management, providing guidance and support to end-users and project teams.
  • Conduct process gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline and automate business processes.
  • Configure and customize EBS modules and workflows based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure successful implementation and integration of EBS solutions.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of EBS processes to ensure system functionality and data accuracy.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to promote effective utilization of EBS applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest EBS features, patches, and upgrades, and assess their impact on existing processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and support teams to resolve issues, perform system maintenance, and ensure system performance and availability.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of new EBS modules or functionalities to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:-
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) process management and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of EBS modules and their integration, such as Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, or CRM.
  • Proficiency in EBS tools and technologies, including Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Solid understanding of business process mapping, analysis, and re-engineering.
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the EBS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with EBS implementation, upgrade, or migration projects is a plus.
  • Oracle E-Business Suite certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) are advantageous.
