Role: P&C Test Automation Lead
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: Contract position or Full-time permanent position

Roles & Responsibilities
Should have good working knowledge of P&C Insurance Domain.
Must have at least 3+ years of Test Lead experience with an overall experience of 8-10 years.
Experience in Test Automation and providing possible Automation solutions to client after studying client Eco-system Experience in Selenium, UFT, SQL, SoapUI, TFS, ALM
Having experience in Automation Framework development and has ability to create one from the scratch In depth knowledge of web UI technologies and patterns, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how to effectively test them manually and with automated toolkits
In depth knowledge of web browsers and devices, their varying implementations and limitations, their evolution over time, and their related testing tools and techniques
Experience with .NET, C or java
Be able to suggest improvements to current processes scripts to make them more manageable and scalable.
Estimate, Develop, implement and maintain automation test frameworks for mainly white box testing.
Integration, Performance and Application health checks for Regression areas.
