Job Description :
OUAF Application Developer to design, develop, extend and support Oracle CC&B / MDM Application extensions and batch programs. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or closely related field. Strong independent self-managed work skills Hands on design & development experience using OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) and Java Extensions. Experience in XML Path Language (XPath) for scripting Batch program development & troubleshooting experience Strong knowledge of CC&B and/or MDM data model Good understanding of relational database design & Oracle SQL skills Understanding of Hibernate Framework Strong knowledge using XAI/IWS Web Services Comfortable with Ready API Proven experience using Oracle Utilities Configuration Tools (MO's, BO's, Scripts, algorithms, portals, UI maps, Zones, and XPath) Knowledge of web based languages (HTML, XML, SOAP, JavaScript, and JSP) Understanding of Field activity workflow o Experience with Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) o Integration between MDM and scheduler tools (WAM/ARM) o Field Activity orchestration between CC&B and MDM Experience with Oracle Utilities SDK and Eclipse Coding and Unit Testing Understand and follow version control and coding standards. Broad functional knowledge of CC&B 2.5.0.2 and/or MDM 2.2.0.1 - (Billing, Payments, Credit & Collection, Severance & Field Activities, Financials, Device & Measuring Component, Service Point & Device Installation, Bill Extract, Letter Extract, Case Management, and Workflows) Desired Skills: Security - mapping business requirements to application/security configurations. Ability to convert functional specification into detailed configuration workbook. Oracle Utilities Operational Device Management (ODM) implementation experience UNIX scripting experience Basic Linux skills Appworx Scheduler Job/Flow development understanding Dev Ops / scripting experience Oracle SOA/OSB development experience
