Role: Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Functional Tester
Location: El Paso, TX
Duration: Fulltime
Required Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of New York, NY and El Paso,TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Experience in testing CIS solutions for Utilities.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 6 to 8 years of total IT industry experience, with atleast 4 years in testing CIS solutions for Utilities.
Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementation for a utility (Power/Water/Sewer) with hands on Functional or Testing experience in Oracle CC&B.
Familiarity with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core WAM, EBS, MDM, NMS, etc.
Exposure to US (Regulated and De-Regulated) Markets
Should be able to lead the design, build, test and deploy solution in Oracle CC&B with proficiency in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)
Should be able to run the functional workshops with business for CC&B requirements
Should be able to develop functional design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the package to meet requirements for projects in this area.
Should be able to capture the configurations required for the product and create a configuration document for the developers.
Should have proficient understanding of the CIS systems and meter to cash functionality to effectively design the CC&B functionalities.
Should be able to guide, mentor and review the end to end solution and perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.
Should be able to identify and write test scenarios and test cases for meter to cash process using CC&B
Should be able to do the functional testing for the test scenarios identified
Should be able to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested.
The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to help the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the course of the project
Experience of leading Testing teams, working with client teams/SMEs and leading the testing team through the project life cycle.
Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability
Strong soft skills required
This position would require extensive travel as per project needs.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
