Role: Oracle CC&B Consultant
Location: El Paso, TX
Duration: Fulltime
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of El Paso, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project location.

Experience of full-cycle implementation for a utility (Electricity/Water/ Gas Domain) with hands-on technical and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B and Data Conversion
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 7 years implementing CIS Solutions for Utilities.
Strong knowledge of Oracle CC&B suite of solutions and development experience (web patterns) is required.
Should be able to lead the Design and development of migration strategies for moving data from one or more systems to a single Oracle Database target location.
Conduct data conversion strategy workshops at client location
Lead data discovery workshops at client location
Should be able to perform data profiling on legacy systems' data.
Lead the Data Mapping workshops with the business for CC&B/C2M requirements and design mappings between legacy systems and Oracle CC&B/C2M
Lead the design of DC functional specifications and technical specifications
At least 7 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
Knowledge of integration patterns with different other systems (including Service-oriented architecture patterns) with GIS (e.g. SAP) is required.
Should be able to do AS IS, TO BE models, do the CRPs, able to do the product fitment
Nice to have ArcPy scripting knowledge
Ability to assign and track deliverables of team members.
