Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle SCM solutions.
- Implement and configure Oracle SCM modules to meet business requirements (Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Order Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing).
- Provide support, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance for Oracle SCM applications.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure systems meet performance and business expectations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and user documentation for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across departments.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Perform regular audits and assessments of Oracle SCM environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to Oracle SCM applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle SCM functional applications.
- Proven experience configuring and implementing Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
- Expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle SCM Cloud.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and system integration.
- Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Experience with DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with data encryption, secure coding practices, GDPR, and PCI-DSS compliance.
