Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle SCM solutions.
  • Implement and configure Oracle SCM modules to meet business requirements (Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Order Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing).
  • Provide support, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance for Oracle SCM applications.
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure systems meet performance and business expectations.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and user documentation for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across departments.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Perform regular audits and assessments of Oracle SCM environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to Oracle SCM applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle SCM functional applications.
  • Proven experience configuring and implementing Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
  • Expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle SCM Cloud.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis and system integration.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Experience with DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with data encryption, secure coding practices, GDPR, and PCI-DSS compliance.
