We are looking for an experienced Oracle Procurement/AP Lead to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a skilled individual with in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud. In this role, you will play a key part in leading and supporting business processes, ensuring seamless integration, and offering advisory expertise to bridge client needs with Oracle functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation processes, focusing on procurement and accounts payable functions.

• Serve as the primary liaison between client teams and Oracle systems, ensuring smooth communication and functionality alignment.

• Provide hands-on support during go-live and post-go-live phases, including hypercare and troubleshooting.

• Guide and execute key business processes, such as payroll and procurement, with precision and efficiency.

• Mentor and train client teams on Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices, fostering independent system operation.

• Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with Oracle Fusion capabilities.

• Offer strategic advice to optimize Oracle Fusion usage and enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system challenges and implement effective solutions.

• Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

SKILLS:

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly in procurement and accounts payable processes.

• Demonstrated success as a functional lead in Oracle Fusion implementation projects.

• Strong ability to independently lead, execute, and teach business processes.

• Excellent communication and advisory skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
