Job Description :

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify process and gap analysis in regard to Payroll and HRIS process and document business requirements for new functionality.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll/Benefits/Absence
  • Knowledge/ability to lead Payroll year-end processing.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion OTBI and BIP reporting.
  • Expertise in SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher is required.
  • Experience designing and implementing Oracle User Defined Tables and Lookups.
  • Expertise in RICEF components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Fast formula)
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline.
  • Experience in Oracle HR, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Compensation and Recruiting applications.
  • Define business requirements, identify system solutions to meet the business needs, perform set-ups, create, and modify test scripts and scenarios and be able to impart end user training.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM/Payroll security roles configuration.
  • Experience with Oracle Apex Development and Union Payroll processing is nice to have
