Job Description:
· A minimum of 15 years of experience working in IT.
· A minimum 3 full cycle implementations as a technical consultant at a referable client using Oracle OTM
· Detailed technical knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including:
· Installation and upgrade
· Advanced Workflow Agent design and configuration
· Data Model and XML Schema, Saved Queries/Conditions
· Integration design and development
· Data migration and loading
· Operational and analytical report design and development
· Performance tuning; scalability configuration; troubleshooting
· Automation Agents
· Domain Management
· Custom Screen
· Screen set Configurations
· Menu management
· User profile creation
· Demonstrated competency in technical skills that include: Weblogic Server, Oracle Database,
· SQL/PL-SQL, Java/J2EE, Apache/Tomcat, BPEL, SOA, BI Publisher, OBIEE, Oracle technology stack
· Preferred good knowledge in OTM6.4.3
· Experience and understands the various Logistics transportation modes, including inbound and outbound, from simple point-to-point to complex multi-modal, multi-leg and cross- docking operations, fleet management, Supply chain management and 3PL
· Experience with various EDI & Integration with OTM such as 850, 860, 315, 210,310,410,404, 204, 990, 315, 856.
· Experience in interfacing OTM system with EDI, WMS, Order Management, Planning and Financial systems of the pilot and boundary applications
· Works collaboratively with Logistics and IT teams to understand program requirements and assist with evaluation of alternative solutions.
· Support the business continuity of transportation function - Triage day to day system issues and provide resolution for complex systems issues Resolve OTM related issues and identify root cause for problems to support transportation users
· Providing Go-Live and post-implementation warranty support for resolving any technical issues, in accordance with the agreed SLA terms
· Development of various Enhancements/Change Requirements (CRs) on existing configurations, before implementing the same.
· Supporting the Functional team in testing the solutions in Test and higher instances.
· Be a critical member of the Application Team, implementation team for OTM and Product Support team.
· Knowledge to assist in architecting the OTM infrastructure and platform architecture and provide guidance to the client on system architecture, sizing guidance, etc.
· Lead/Support all solution activities, including testing and verification.
· Assist with program rollout activities, including business units and trading partners, project coordination, status reporting and communication to program management.
· Provide support for integration testing between OTM and other systems
· Experience on OTM cloud is an advantage
· Demonstrated competency in SQL query design and performance tuning
· Knowledge in solving system performance issues
· Ability to work directly with the Oracle Support and R&D teams
