Job Description :
Oracle Integration Cloud Tech Lead:
Technical Skills :Oracle Integration Cloud Services & Gen2 Oracle Cloud Integration, Oracle Human Capital Management, Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM and PeopleSoft version 9.1
Manage the Oracle ICS/Gen2 OCI middleware platform for HR and Finance interfaces
Refine and manage interface error handling and Tier 1 support of integration issues with vendors and applications
Assess impact of Oracle quarterly patches and coordinate with 3rd party vendors for integration testing
Monitor and maintain existing HR and Finance interfaces based on changing needs and business direction
Develop new interfaces as required by business teams, adhering to business timelines
Manage product upgrade timing, production to test clone requests, and enhancement requests
Partner with internal Business Relationship Manager, Finance Product Manager and HRIS for coordination with broader IT team and assist current external HR Managed Service Provider
Partner with 3rd party solution implementation team for design, development and testing of all ERP integrations and liaison with Finance team during implementation
Understand technology strategy from all ERP vendors and align with business requirements to adhere to middleware product strategy
Required technical areas of expertise:
o Knowledge of integration platform as a service (iPaaS) / ETL tools and specifically Oracle Integration Cloud Services & Gen2 Oracle Cloud Integration
o Management of integration frameworks, models and tools for delivering services and cloud connectors
o Knowledge of web services development and architecture (REST & SOAP)
o Integration development and maintenance
o Integration Error handling and performance tuning
o Familiarity with systems integration security including PGP encryption, user provisioning and file transfer technologies.
o UCM generic Soap service
o Strong SQL /PLSQL development, SQL analytics and tuning skills
o Knowledge of BI concepts and best practices
o Oracle Cloud based technical expertise like BI Publisher Reports, OTBI and conversions using FBDI, ADFDi etc.
