Oracle Hyperion Administrator
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Oracle Hyperion Administrator to join our team supporting the DoD in Ogden, Utah. This person will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our customers Oracle Hyperion system. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Hyperion products, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
· Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle Hyperion products and related technologies
· Perform SME/Admin functions for Hyperion instances
· Identify and address potential areas of improvement within Oracle Hyperion system, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
· Work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements related to Oracle Hyperion products, sharing knowledge and insights with the broader team.
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver training programs for Oracle Hyperion products, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support our customers.
· Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase Oracle Hyperion product offerings and solutions.
· Provide input and feedback to the broader team regarding customer needs, market trends, and potential areas of improvement
Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Oracle Hyperion, preferably in a DoD environment
· Experience with the latest version of Oracle Hyperion software, including Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, and Hyperion Essbase
· Familiarity with DoD security regulations, including DISA STIGs and SRGs
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or administration roles, with a focus on Oracle Hyperion products
· Extensive knowledge of Oracle Hyperion products and components, including, architecture, consolidation and reporting, and data analysis
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement solutions to complex technical challenges
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and driving results through influence
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or commensurate years of relevant experience in lieu of each year of degree in addition to experience requirements
· Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification such as
· Secret federal security clearance
· Ability to work on site for one week a month at our offices in Ogden, Utah; local candidates or ability to travel 25% required
