We are seeking an Oracle HRIS Technical Consultant with strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM/HRIS systems to design, develop, and support technical solutions that enhance HR business processes. The role involves working closely with HR functional teams to deliver integrations, reports, extensions, and data solutions.

Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle HRIS / Oracle HCM Cloud.

Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services, OIC, and file-based integrations.

Develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and HCM Extracts.

Perform data conversions and migrations using HDL, HSDL, and FBDI.

Develop Fast Formulas, Groovy scripts, and extensions as required.

Support HRIS security setup including roles, privileges, and data security.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system support.

Collaborate with HR functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Prepare technical documentation and assist with testing and deployment.
