8 to 10 years of experience in Cloud HCM Implementation/Support

Strong hands on Exposure to (Oracle Cloud HR, Oracle Cloud Payroll , Oracle Cloud Benefits ,Oracle Cloud Taleo , Oracle ORC/OLC)
OTBI & BI scheduling
Experience on workflow & security
Cloud Certified (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT)
Strong hands on Exposure to (Oracle Cloud HR, Oracle Cloud Payroll , Oracle Cloud Benefits ,Oracle Cloud Taleo , Oracle ORC/OLC
Should be able to analyses the Impact of the Calendar change in upstream and downstream systems and communicate to the Technical Team for development and Testing the developed component
Willing to work in for Customer office Location
Flexible to work in onsite & offshore model

OTBI reports & BI scheduling

Ticketing tool to resolve the incidents within SLA

Familiar with Oracle quarterly patch & should be responsible for new features analysis, doing impact assessment & review regression testing

Work with Oracle through SR’s for any product defects/bugs

Should be able to gather requirements, write functional requirement document and liaison with Business user for Sign off.

· Expertise in development designing ,Solutioning in OTBI, HCM, Benefits and Payroll
