Job Description :
Job Title: Oracle HCM System Analyst
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: 6+months
Preferred experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion application or similar HR/HCM applications. Experience with the following functional areas: Global HR, Absence Management, Performance, Goals, Compensation Management, Taleo Business Applications, ADP Payroll and other 3rd party Integrations.

Candidates must have:
Experience in defining and analyzing user requirements, business rules and business processes; implement technology solutions and process improvement opportunities.
Relationship building, organizational and planning skills, analytical abilities, problem solving, detail orientation
Familiarity with project management methodologies/lifecycle
Strong written documentation skills: ability to prepare application and workflow documentation, reports, functional specifications, current/future state illustrations; training; other visual materials
Strong configuration skills are essential to this position
Experience in understanding the business process and map them back to
Experience in defining implementation strategy, developing systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Experience in HR process design and participating in design workshops
Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel
Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong presentation skills
