Essential Functions
Responsible for development, testing and validation of pre-defined system requirements coming from HCM Cloud Technology Lead
Technical tasks include BI Publisher Reports/Integrations, Approval workflows, Fast Formulas and HCM extracts.
Participate in technical workshops with business community to verify anticipated results
Work with QA Team to create documents related to scenario and script testing, detailed analysis based on requirement documents and creation of user guides.
Adhere to documented development standards and best practices
Carry out unit testing on code and development test plan to verify logic of new or modified code.
Provide management reporting that clearly defines status, roadblocks or other issues that may impede progress when meeting deadlines.
Perform imports and exports of HCM data as directed by the HCM Techno Functional Lead.
Qualifications – Education & Experience
5+ years technical development in Oracle HCM
Good knowledge of underlying database structures
Good Knowledge in Oracle approval workflow
Good knowledge of HCM extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher, and SQL
