Job Description::
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with Health Care Domain experience, ensuring excellent service, communication, and engagement with our growing customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities
As an Oracle Cloud HCM expert, participate or manage workshops to gather requirements
Responsible for review requirements, design, development, testing, and support
Lead data conversion team to convert the data from Legacy applications to Oracle Cloud HCM application
Lead QA team to perform Unit testing, SIT, UAT and develop test plans as per the business requirement
Adherence to documented development standards and implementation of "best practice" development methods
Supported internal/external integrations with Oracle, including design, testing, and troubleshooting
Required Skills:
Functional Lead – Oracle Cloud HCM
Must have at least 3 Oracle Cloud SaaS Implementation experience.
Must have Oracle HCM Cloud extensions, conversions, and integrations experience
HL7 and Healthcare Provider (preferably Hospital) knowledge.
Preferred EHR/EMR support experience
Must have good experience and exposure to data conversions from legacy applications.
Must have good written and oral communication skills and problem-solving
