Position: Oracle HCM Benefits Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 6 -12 months + Need candidate full address Responsibilities: Perform enhancements, production support of Core HCM, Benefits, ESS, MSS, Compensation, and Performance management modules in Oracle HCM Develop and support Integrations between Oracle HCM and other Benefits providers Configure new requirements in Core HCM, Benefits, ESS, MSS, modules in Oracle HCM Implementation of annual open enrollment Responsible for supporting and enhancing of Benefits in Oracle: Benefit programs that include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, LTD, HSA, HDMP etc. Implementation of interfaces that send benefits to vendors Gather requirements, analyze, design and configure applications to meet the business requirements and conduct unit and integration testing. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define new (and enhance existing) features that are aligned with this organization's overall long term strategy Provide user support during project phases and provide effective handoff to the appropriate IT support teams Required Experience and Skills: Required - 7-10 years of technical experience with various Oracle HCM Cloud Applications - HR, Benefits, Payroll, Self-Service, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation Management modules. 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Benefits Experience configuring and supporting OE in Oracle HCM Experience configuring Benefits functionality in Oracle HCM including new plans, upload of rates, constraint rules, life events Experience configuring Benefits rules in Oracle HCM including coverage eligibility, deductions, new hires, integrations with benefits providers PHR, CCP, FPC, or CPP certification is a plus Knowledge of HR and Benefit processes Benefits domain knowledge .Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader Expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extract Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas HCM, Benefits, Comp Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, associated processes and tools, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or its equivalent 7+ years of experience as developer of Oracle HCM applications Excellent written and oral communication as well as project management skills.
