Job Description :
  • 5-8 + years of Experience working as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with at least 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM cloud in one or many of the SCM modules (Order Management, GTM, Inventory, Cost Management, BOM, Agile PLM, Product Data Hub – PDH, Reverse Logistics, APAC & EMA localizations, E2OPEN)

 

  • Configure, support, and provide subject matter expertise by working closely with globally spread teams IT, Business Teams , End Users and 3rd party vendors

 

  • Triage and resolve production support tickets effectively, accurately, efficiently and be adept in problem/defect resolution

 

  • Must be through in all setups on one or many SCM modules

 

  • Strong Period close process knowledge & experience on all modules (monthly / Qtr. and yearly)

 

  • Self-sufficient in writing SQL statements to debug / root cause technical and functional issues.

 

  • Follow up with product vendors on SRs, Patching, Bugs and product updates through issue closure.

 

  • Must be experience leading teams of at least 6 members.

 

·         Excellent documentation skills, preparing various project documents viz Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, Training materials, Update Knowledge Repository,

Run Books etc.

 

·         Track key application metrics, drive insights, and build reports and dashboards to measure results against goals.
