Job Description :
Role Duties:

Provide day-to-day production support, in a managed service model, for Oracle Fusion OSB integrations within the Customer portfolio. Some Responsibilities include:

Close incidents, update knowledge management databases, and log problems as needed
Acknowledge the events, and decide when to escalate.
Architect and design solutions for Minor Enhancements
Investigate and resolve incidents related to availability.
Perform root cause analysis on problems related to availability.
Participate in changes required to implement availability solutions.
Suggest workarounds for problems.
Establish the root causes of identified problems.
Propose structural resolutions for problems.
Implement structural resolutions for problems if Change Management is not required.
Update the problem investigations with relevant information
