Experience with Oracle EBS HCM and Oracle Fusion HCM
Experience in HR domain or HR related activities
Experience with IT projects that involve integration with other systems
Ongoing work with technology during the build phase to ensure timely delivery and correct prioritization.
Performing User Acceptance testing of new developments before their implementation
Ability to translate technical and business requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and business experts
Must Have experience in Functional aspects of HCM implementations
Skills / Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM in Benefits
1- 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM in one or more modules (core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Reporting)
Understanding of capital markets is a plus
In depth understanding of software development cycles
Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work on multiple projects with large groups
Inter-personal skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences
