Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Business Analyst (BA)

Project Overview:
Shelby County Government is preparing for a January 5, 2026 go-live of Oracle Fusion ERP. The Oracle Fusion Cloud BA will play a critical role in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-go-live hypercare. This role serves as a functional process lead, bridging the gap between client business teams and Oracle system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support UAT activities, ensuring business processes are accurately tested and validated.
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and Oracle implementation teams.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, especially in Payroll, Procurement, and other operational areas.
- Guide and execute business processes independently.
- Deliver training and process documentation to client teams.
- Support go-live and post-go-live activities, including issue resolution and process optimization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Proven experience as a functional lead in Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong understanding of operational business processes and how they map to Oracle Fusion functionality.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Ability to lead, teach, and execute processes with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting government or public sector ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Payroll and Procurement modules.
