Client is looking for someone who is hands-on with Oracle MRP (Material Requirements Planning) Implementation in EBS. Candidates should do actual configuration of Oracle MRP along with their IT Teams and meet with business teams.

Serve as a functional consultant or planner responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the MRP module within Oracle EBS environments.

Key responsibilities include analyzing client business requirements related to master scheduling, material requirements planning, and demand management.

The role involves configuring the MRP module and integrating it with Inventory (INV), Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), and Purchasing (PO) to support forecasting, replenishment planning, and exception management.

Typical duties include:

  • Leading MRP implementation projects, including setup of planning parameters, lot sizing rules, and safety stock.
  • Providing functional support, troubleshooting MRP-related issues, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and test integrations with other EBS modules (e.g., Order Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning).
  • Conducting training sessions for end users and supporting change management. Participating in project lifecycle activities such as requirement gathering, CRP sessions, UAT, and go-live support.
  • Maintaining documentation of configurations and business processes, ensuring audit compliance.
  • Staying updated on Oracle EBS releases and patches to recommend process optimizations for supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:

7+ years experience with Oracle EBS MRP and Supply Chain Management modules, expertise with integrated modules like Inventory, BOM, WIP, and PO, strong project management and communication skills, and experience in discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing environments.
