Oracle EBS functional Lead Analyst or Solution Lead at Greenville, SC,(On-site)

Very Strong on EBS account receivable , AR ,I Receivable ,Order-to-cash, oracle e - business suite . should be able to explain reasonable questions , should be able explain projects someone who is SME might work .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and deployment activities for Oracle EBS modules including AR, iReceivables, Invoicing, Payments (ACH and credit card), Tax, and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solutions
- Drive ERP transformation programs focused on the Order-to-Cash value stream
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, test plans, and training materials
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in complex, multi-squad environments
- Proactively identify issues and propose solutions to optimize processes and system performance
- Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders across US and Canada, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite, with strong focus on the Order-to-Cash processes
- At least 7 years of experience delivering ERP transformation programs in the relevant areas
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS AR, iReceivables, Invoicing, Payments (ACH and credit card), Tax, and SLA
- Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Command Center (ECC) is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work proactively, manage priorities, and deliver results in dynamic environments
- Experience working in Agile methodologies and multi-squad setups
