Position: Oracle EBS Functional consultant
Location: Sidney, Ohio
Duration: 6+ Months

MUST have skills

• 8-15 years of experience with Oracle methodology that includes gathering business requirements, designing business process flow diagrams, configurations, master data management, creating functional design documentation, and confirming technical design documents.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with high-level of customer and all level of colleagues within company.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Experience leading an entire project work stream for relevant Oracle applications.
• Strong mentoring skills and the ability to explain functional concepts to a wide variety of audiences.
• Strong full implementation lifecycle projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing support, data conversions, go-live and post go-live activities.
• Experience with Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management life cycle projects is a must.
• Experience working with offshore teams to successfully deliver projects
• Experience creating functional design documents for offshore teams
• Enough SQL experience to assist in troubleshooting.
• Experience with conversion, upgrade and implement or enhancement project.
