Job title:Oracle EBS Finance Functional lead Location: Madison,NJ Duration: Long term EBS skills: Minimum 10 years demonstrable functional experience in Oracle financials Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, Oracle Fixed Assets and Collections. Oracle Application Architecture in releases R12 Good to have knowledge on AD/SSO integration and OATS (Oracle Test Automation Tool) Basic knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting Extensive experience in functional application configuration/setup, change requests and impact analysis solution design, production support and month end support. Experience of working with middleware and interfaces typically found in the EBS GL, AR and AP landscape Deep understanding of recognized oracle implementation documentation methodologies, e.g. AIM Will ideally have implemented Oracle GL, AR and AP end to end at least twice, with at least one in R12 Rich understanding of RICEF and customizations Solid understanding of SQL and able to write/interpret statements Management skills: Capable of managing customer escalations Highly capable in maintaining documentation issue, risks, ticket, logs, etc Experience of creating management reports charting progress, issues, risks, etc Soft Skills: Extensive experience of supporting customers in an offshore engagement Highly customer centric Excellent English oral, written and presentation skills Able to work under pressure and understand the importance of customer cycle close deadlines Able to communicate at all levels Able to work flexibly when demand requires Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and work under pressure Excellent team player and able to influence and negotiate with colleagues and peers Able to competently to articulate solutions and problems to customers both verbally or by presentation Other Skills: An excellent understanding of the standard business general ledger, assets and project accounting processes MS Office - word, excel, access and power-point Education Technical degree required; Computer Science degree desired Master's Degree is desirable
