Project Description:
· Designing, building, and administrating of Oracle databases
· Software installs, upgrades and patching
· Database backup and recovery, security, monitoring, performance and troubleshooting
· Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
· Other tasks and needs such as user support, training, documentation
· Off-hours support when needed to avoid business impact
· Developing a knowledge of business needs and applications, to provide guidance and technical support


Required Skills Set:
Years of Experience: • 3-5 years experience as an Oracle DBA

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

· Familiarity with Oracle Database 11g to 19c, Oracle GRID/ASM, WebLogic and Oracle Fusion Middleware
· Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Unix/Linux shell scripting
· Familiar with Oracle utilities for example RMAN, DataGuard, DataPump and other database technologies like SQL Server, AWS RDS
· First experience in a regulated and Change Control environment
· Oracle replication tools: ODI, GoldenGate
· Experience writing technical documentation and test cases
· Hands-on mentality, flexible and team-oriented, used to working in a global team
· English proficiency, oral and written

Additional Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with ERP systems: SAP, JD Edwards/E1 and Data Warehousing
